I started taking these 11 days after my AbEX with lipo (so for 2 full weeks now)... I'd just finished my prescriptions and 2 days after starting there was a noticeable difference in my swelling. I also noticed that the "healing itching" that I had to take a zyrtec ro manage also went from uncomfortable itching with no relief to almost non existence after taking these. This is my 4th week and my lipo scars are completely disappearing, MY "tummy tuck" scar is healing so well that its also probably gonna disappear too. Basically that's a long way of saying GET IT!!!

A friend of mine recommended these after surgery. Let me tell you these are AMAZIIIIIING! I’ve had Lipo 360. I started the same day I came out of surgery and was moving fine the next day. I went for my post op today and the doctor and massage therapist was sooo surprised that I wasn’t as black blue or heavy swelling like most.He thought it was Arnica pills & I don’t even have them just these. I rotated this right with ibuprofen and was completely fine! Stay hydrated while taking these please!!!

This supplement was exactly what I was looking for after have periodontal surgery. I failed to realize that I needed to take 3 to get the listed ingredients, so I didn't start getting full benefits for first 3 days. Admittedly this was my mistake, but I wish supplements would list ingredients per tablet or capsule.

Great product

I started taking these 7 days post op from lipo 360 & breast augmentation. Immediately I noticed less swelling and on day 2 of taking these I stopped taking my mid day dose of pain pills. My bruising started to go away almost overnight. I’m on day 4 of these and I have a ton of energy, I’m able to get up with little to no assistance and I woke up without needing my pain pills. These are awesome!

I didn’t realize you had to take 3 for them to be effective and if you take 3 then that’s 20 days only and you’ll be spending another $30+ dollars. Most ppl leave reviews without knowing how the product works especially if it’s supplements because most supplements take 3-6 months to know if they work or not. So by that time you have spend over $200 and if they didn’t work for you; then that’s money wasted.I’ll have to update after my 20 days. If I feel like they actually work then I will rebuy.I’m 1 month post op Diastasis Recti repair so trying these to see what’s popping
