The plants arrived in a rather “beat-up” condition but were planted anyway. Only one survivor.
Shipping live plants is a challenge. The method of packaging used did not overcome the rigors and stresses of the shipping process. I knew that going in but decided too go “all-in” anyway. I was wearing my lucky shoes when I took that calculated risk and ordered four. Unfortunately, I ended up realizing a survival rate of 25%. However, the lone survivor is a happy camper and doing well with daily hummingbird visits.

I bought it twice and the second time one of the plants were not so great. Customer service sent me a new one without even questioning. Great people, great product, super heathy and pretty flowers! I recommend!

I'll never buy from Burpee again
I was very impressed with the quality and packaging of this product. Arrived blooming and in perfect condition. PW has a gardening fanatic as a new customer.

Horrible!
These were horrible. Never buy them again. Ordered for the picture look totally different and two of the pots as you can see don't even have a plant in them. Definitely getting a refund
