TACFUN2PCS Flat TOP Half 1/2 INCH Mini Riser Block Mount 3 Slot Picatinny Rail

1. Like most who bought this, i hate the solid construction, meaning, you have to slide it on your rail. I have plastic rails on a sw 10-22 and it chewed up the plastic on the front edge till i could get it squarely on. Then i had to pound it down to where i was mounting my red dot. If yours is alloy, it'll probably scrape off the black, i'd be wary of mounting.2. It does have 3 slots, but it's smaller then my other 3 slot. If your scope has a wide base, this wont work.3. it has two large hex screws, so it mounts solidly once you get it on.Overall, it's a solid piece of metal, you probably can get it to work for your gun but i'd put grease and test it on an old rail before i mounted it on anything good. It is working for me and the price is right, so 3.5 stars. I couldn't give more because it chewed up my edges of my 2 sw 10-22 rails. But it is working, it allowed a red dot to be aligned to my mbus sights.

Great for what they are... Despite what the other reviews say. Yes you will have to slide it down the rail, they are a little flimsy and light, but it fits great and does the job. Good for airsoft or BB applications with inexpensive sights. I would never mount a expensive optic to this but what can you expect for the cost? For the money it exceeds expectations and would recommend to anyone that isn't using it on a actual firearm.

You need to remove the screws and slide it on the rail to then add the screws and finish installation.It works, just a little tougher to install than others.

Yes they are tight fit but all I had to do was put it in my smooth jaw vice and tap a couple of times on the bottom of the opposite side with a small hammer and it slid very nicely on the rail of my new KEL-TEC RDB Defender. There are no visible marks since the hammer work is done on the bottom of the riser. Once tight it is very solid and light weight. BTW a sharpie marker does a nice job for touching up most little dings and scratches on black firearms.

Almost give it a five star. only problem is it scratches my rail during installation because it needs to be inserted in the end of the rail goin through the middle because it's a self centering design. The burr from the thread made the scratches.

This is a solid little piece of 1/2 picatinny riser though it does not have a side plate so it must be slid onto the rail. Wasn't an issue for my application but it would be a real pain if you wanted to put this on a rail that already had other accessories mounted.The issue was that they advertise 2 pieces and only one was sent. I've contacted the seller and will update this review based on their reply.

Never thought of a mfg making these without using the “standard” side clamp method…but here we go with one. Terrible design feature if ya ask me, as sliding these on ain’t exactly easy to do.I returned my two purchases.
