I love this item.. Don't like the size of pill and feel it "floats" back up either in stomach or worse in throut.. But I tend to break the capsule and have the powder content.anyway.. I have had knee issue and when having this pill everyday have found this is not a problem anymore..stop taking and soon returns.. Placibo who knows?. . I have recommended to friends and family.. As long as price stay the same will keep using

Good vitamins

I purchased these after research and advice on improving and protecting my previous neck injury.I suffered pain from disc damage and started to take these. They are big and for some difficult to swallow but I have no issue with them. There’s no taste and I never seem to get any side effects from them. These do really help me.After a few weeks of taking them I noticed a significant reduction in neck ache, pain going into my head and that crunching sound in my head when turning my head and neck. Like any medication and vitamins they take some time before you start to notice the benefits but these definitely work for me. I stopped taking them on one occasion as I forgot to order them and then time passed by and I noticed the pain and crunching coming back. I now have them on a subscription with Amazon so I don’t run out any more.

Started taking these and after a couple weeks noticed breath changing. Stopped and breath went back to normal. Such a shame as I liked the look of all the ingredients but it may be a combination of them adding to the issue, but I couldnt put up with any unwanted odour in breath thankfully gone now Ive stopped taking them.

Generally, I'm not a believer of over-the-counter products, with claims that they cure/relieve serious ailments, but when you have a lot of pain, you'll try almost anything...?I'm on a daily cocktail of 11 different medicines, some being opiates, and I'm still in severe pain! So, as there are claims that Turmeric and Glucosamine work well for Arthritis, I tried these capsules for a month. To be honest, I didn't notice a sudden improvement, but did think that maybe I'd changed my posture, or maybe I was sitting/lying differently...? So I stopped using them.The following week, my Arthritis took a turn for the worst, returning to its 'normal' state, so I ordered 3 months' supply of this product, and take two a day. Once again, my Arthritis noticeably improved within two weeks, so I can see me taking them for the foreseeable future! My doctor seems to have no concerns with me using them either. 🙂
