Very comfortable, the top has a glue lime substance that holds it in place. Get the large if you are a bigger person. Thin but supports the knee very nicely.

After few iterations of trying different sleeves (cheaper and more expensive) I settled on this one.Not too tight, not too loose, not too thick, not too thin, juuuust right.It keeps my poor knee (torn lateral meniscus) together during runs and bootcamp classes (jumps, lunges, squats and, how without them, burpees). You need to adjust it a little after about mile or when total number of burpees+squats are in 3-digits. But other than that it remains where you put it.It is to be seen how it behaves during OCRs, but so far I like it.

I needed a small amount of knee support for my left leg when running or doing inclines on the treadmill. This compression sleeve fits well and doesn't move while exercising. It has eliminated the pain I was getting during and after treadmill workouts.The quality of the sleeve seems ok, but not great. I wash it once a week and allow it to air dry. It seems to have gotten a little tighter after washing, but still fits well.I would recommend this sleeve based on price and fit. The quality could be better, but time will tell how long it lasts.

I wish the sizing was better. It runs big. Order one size smaller than you think you need.

Knee brace feels very comfortable. It has an excellent fit and I asked for a large size. I have started using it since I had some knee pains before the matches and now it feels a lot better. Would definitely suggest if you exercise on a frequent basis.

I wear these sleeves for most of the day during the week. I like the fit and comfort of these sleeves. Also, I like the quality of these sleeves and I am happy with my purchase.

I ordered this for my mom to help her with knee pain. After measuring we found that she is a size L. I received the item in less than 24 hr which is wonderful. The product looks pretty good with great quality. The only problem is that she was 45cm which is a size Large but the sleeve is too tight which hurts and affects her leg's blood circulation. I just requested a return, which thanks to Amazon, was very simple and ordered an XL one so hopefully, it will work. I will update my review once she receives and uses it.I'm back for an update. We received the XL and still is tight on the upper part even though it's a bigger size due to her measurement. We still love the quality but the sizing? doesn't seem to be very accurate. Thanks to Amazon for making the first item's return very easy and quick.

All the upper grip on sleeve, to hold up fell off..
