Good for simple Practice but…
Is really beautiful Kimono for Kenjutsu, the Thickness is really good, for the price is just perfect, the only problem that I had is that the Hakama (lower part) is not a Umanori-Hakama (a pants ) instead is a Andon-Hakama ( a skirt) which for me for kenjutsu is not that comfortable at practice, it depends on every person used or needs of the kimono. It would be nice to come with an Obi belt but I guess for the price is okay not to come with it making it cheaper for most people that’s good to. I’m 1.78 cm tall I order the LL size but may be one size smaller (a 1.75) might work best so I would be stepping on the hakama

Worth it for cosplay!!
COMES WITH SHIRT, HAKAMA SKIRT, AND THE BELT TO TIE THE SHIRT WITH UNDERNEATH (The belt is inside the sleeves when you open it) Looks just like the photo! I’m using this as a cosplay and it was definitely worth it. Since I’m a girl I wore the hakama skirt high waisted. I say skirt bc there aren’t any separate slots for each leg (not a big deal tho) I got a large bc I’m quite chubby (follow the sizing chart it’s pretty accurate). Also I’m 5’1” and the skirt was not too long. HOWEVER, I should mention that I folded down the top part of the front. Also keep in mind that I’m wearing it HIGH WAISTED so if I wore it the “samurai/male” way it would be lower and too long for my height. It’s not a poppy red it’s kind of a darker shade (almost burgundy but a little lighter) the pants are black.

Great for cosplay.
I have never worn a kimono/hakama before. The material for this product is very good. Not as thick as my Jiu-jitsu gi(similar), which I think is a plus if you plan to wear it the whole day. Cause someone mentioned in the review that it is thin. I think it is perfect and comfortable enough for a costume festival or party. My suit is 42 in size, but the 38-40 medium size for this outfit is just right because of the robe style. Looks authentic, but I presume the actual ones are going to be more than $100. However, I am very satisfied of this product for what I will use it for. I will probably get another one.

Fat-Man, but fits in XL.
I am part of a full contact reenactment organization called "Way of The Sword" or WoTS for short. One of the things we aim for is to have high 'garb' standards where possible, yet be able to fight in what we wear.At first glance, everything looks good. When I took it out of the plastic casing, it felt light. I wanted to think that it was made of cheaper material, but it seemed to be well made. I am going to say this is a positive, because fighting in Florida is a hot affair, and the lighter material will be quite nice, especially when I am wearing my armor. The kimono is a good length and the navy pattern is pretty classy. I found what appeared to be an obi (waist belt) in the sleeve, after seeing how short it was, I am feeling that it is not an obi, but is used to tie the sleeves back for when work, ceremony or swordplay is conducted. I have heard that kimono rip rather easily in combat from other fighters, but I have also heard that if you keep it not as tightly tucked in, it will not rip at the armpit area. I will be fighting in it soon, so we shall see! I am a big guy. Amply rotund is a better description. The XL fits across my back and shoulders well enough, and is comfortable. The kimono fits around my girth, but the opening it at my upper chest instead of at my neck, yet it feels nice and looks good. This is motivation to lose weight! I am a hawt butterball at 5'10" and weigh 285.The hakama is light and is a skirt type. My older hakama are heavy duty pants-type and feel better, but the hakama that came with this set looks nice and feels good. The back-plate is not as large, but feels firm. The back ties fit around my girth, another feat of awesomeness attributed to the XL. The front ties easily wrap around my frame and back to the front again with plenty of room to tie off and make a nice knot. I feel strangely free and naked using a skirt type of hakama, but I think it will help keep the bits cool, so that is a huge plus, yet I will be wearing shorts underneath (sp when I roll or am thrown, I don't give people an undue surprise).Altogether, no fat-man is going to look the best in hakama and kimono, but this I feel looks quite nice. I just hope it stands up to some full contact fighting, and the rigors of armor. If can remember, I will edit this and give you a fighting review. I have a couple of events and some practice coming up very shortly, so we shall see. If this works out, it could be a viable option for great garb for our Japanese chapters.EDIT: I have conducted a chapter practice in it and a full contact event and here are my feelings on the product after that: Florida is HOT, but the cloth is pretty thin so I did not overheat in it. The kimono worked quite nicely, no ripping, held up to rolling on the ground, and also did not overheat or cramp me when I was wearing my armor. The hakama skirt left something to be desired. During battle I could run in it just fine and functionally it worked, but after one wash, you have to iron the pleats back into place or else it will look like one of those ketchup cups that has been spread out. Also, the hakama skirt style is not good for tying around the legs, so in the future I will be sticking with the pants style. Going to the bathroom is a TON easier with the skirt style though. All in all, the product is battle functional, but needs a bit of care to look good.

Sizes are true to fit.
First off. I've never owned a Yukata but the quality of this thing is Legit. I'm 5"11 weighing 220 and bought the XL. The top part was pretty huge. I would have bought a Large instead. I bought it in black but it looks amazing. I need to buy the straw shoes to complete the look. Deff reccomend.

Deben ser más especifico.
No me agrado que recibí fue un haroi, y no como había escrito que era para práctica Iaido. No son especifico. Tendré que devolverlo. Pero de material excelente y contextura. Pero no para dicho arte marcial.
