I am 5’9 My waist is 28” I ordered M. Slightly loose but not bad. Its long enough for tall people! Down to my calves. Its better that i thought.

Quality Fabric, Runs Small, Hard to Button
This cold weather skirt runs small While the fabric is thick and warm, the buttons are larger than thebutton holes, making the skirt impossible to button. It would have been too costly to have a dressmakerenlarge the button holes and/or change the buttons, so I returned the skirt.

Itself value bad overpriced product from China. Won't buy again.
Waist is to small. It has a smell I can't get out. The dye is uneven. Paid to much for an inferior product.
