It's easy to assemble and great product, the video guide is available on YouTube by the company which make it easy for anyone to assemble it. It's a task for the one who is doing an activity like this for the first time like me but still pretty easy. The product is good overall, height is great, material is good too both of rods n plastic, but the rods might bend if you mistakenly apply slightly more pressure while assembling it like i did. So be careful of it. All the screws and nut bolts were perfectly sized and easy to put in, I just received the package yesterday and started using it, and so far it all seems great.
