I had to cut it into shape, but it does exactly what it is advertised to do! I put it down on tile and it was gripping the floor before I rolled my rug out onto it. I thought the edges would be lined, but I'm glad it wasn't so I could cut it into shape. My rug has new life! Stays in place and has a bit of extra cushion.
