We were pleasantly surprised when the furniture arrived. The quality was much better than we expected for the price. We had just sent back a similarly priced set from Waverly that was awful, so our expectations were pretty low. Assembly was easy (use a screwdriver Allen wrench, not the one included, it will save tons of time) and I did it myself in about 90 minutes. Be careful as you unpack to keep the letters on each piece as many pieces look similar. The directions were simply laid out.We have two minor complaints. First, more options in cushion colors would be great. We ordered the brown furniture, which only comes with white cushions. White is a brutal color for outdoor use, especially with two dogs. Second (and this is the only design or parts flaw) the four clips designed to hold the pieces next to each other are very difficult to install and break very easily. Given three of the four broke while trying to install them, I had to use bungee cords to hold the pieces next to each other until I can figure out another solution.Overall we are very pleased with the set.

We had an issue with the shipment as we originally got 2 boxes labeled “1 of 4” but a couple emails and pictures later, we received the box we didn’t originally get (and didn’t have to ship back the other box, which was nice). Other than that, this is very nice furniture! Easy to assemble, though easier when I used my power drill instead of the allen wrench. It’s very comfortable to sit on and we hope to enjoy it this summer and many future summers. The only “issue” is connecting the cushions to the ottomans. There is a toggle, yet besides pushing it through the wicker, there’s no other way to attach. I wish there was a hook to attach the toggle to. Nice product for the money.

first of all the shipping was pathetic. this set comes in 4 boxes, seller shipped them 1 at a time then tried to blame Fed Ex. Took a week from the time I received the first box to the fourth box. that being said, the seller had pretty good communication. Once I did receive all 4 boxes the nightmare of assembly began. Instructions were extremely vague, not to mention were taped to the inside of a box with packing tape so the 1st page was destroyed just getting them out. Alot of the holes didn't line up and had to be forced into position. Finally got everything assembled after spending the majority of a Saturday cussing at it, only to find the Rattan on a small panel was wrapped on the wrong side. I was so frustrated at this point I didn't even bother contacting the seller about it. can't really see it anyway. overall it is a decent set for the price. Would I buy it again? Nope....

I cannot be more than happy with the set. Its beautiful and easy to assemble, I HIGHLY recommend it for many reasons the price, quality, durability, stirdiness, comftable cushions, and elegant look. I am decorating my patio and will update the set photos as soon as im done accessorizing. Look no furthur this set is worth every penny and customer service is outstanding and so helpful.... buy with no regret

BUYER BEWARE! If I could give this seller 0 stars I would. Do not waste your money on this set. My set had misaligned screw holes and I couldn't properly put the set together, it's NOT sturdy, completely wobbly and not all the way connected together. The plastic tweed shedded right out of the box and the overall assembly was awful. I contacted customer service multiple times and from the beginning they told me that I should try to assemble the piece again, and kept asking me for more photo proof (which I provided), then they asked for videos and from the beginning they kept trying to make me feel like it's my error and not poor product quality. After some more frustrating back and forth, the seller offered a $15 discount, then bumped it to $30 - how shady?! I wish I kept the four huge boxes that this cheap plastic came in because even Amazon won't back me on partially refunding this according to their A to Z claim (although I was promised such a refund without the need to return this cheap plastic crap). Save your money and go to home depot or other stores where they sell sets like this.... horrendous customer service and disappointing support from Amazon.

I assembled the furniture myself in a short amount of time. It took longer to unpack and get rid of all the boxes and packing material than to put together once you locate all the parts you need for each item. I put the furniture in a patio room (not insulated at all) so it isn't actually outside, but not really indoors either. This room gets very cold in the winter and over 120 degrees in the summer. The furniture is able to hold up to the extreme temperatures of both hot and cold. I just can't tell you about direct sunlight.

The cushions are thinner than the pictures. They definitely aren’t 4”. The screws wouldn’t line up with some of the holes no matter how hard we tried and some of the holes had no threads so the screws didn’t grip. They also shorted us ALOT of screws. We only had enough to put the couch tables and one stool together. If I could send it back and look for a better quality set I would but it ships in 4 huge boxes separately and the shipping takes forever. I’d look elsewhere. With two of us it took over 3 hours to assemble.

Overall, the patio furniture is really nice. It was a fairly easy assemble, will go faster with two people. The comfort is really good. The sturdiness is not as good as I would like for larger size people. I wished we checked the dimensions before purchasing. The set is a lot smaller than how it appears in the picture. Buying the wicker sets don't shop by look, shop by dimensions.
