THIS FACEPLATE DOES NOT FIT THE VIDEO DOORBELL PRO 2 as described on the Amazon page. Interchangeable is not completely correct. To short by 1/2 inch. Needs to be 4 1/2 inches. I went to Ring and checked with them and they had the correct one for $14.99 + shipping. Skip the headache and order faceplate from Ring.
