Longest lasting.....the product is great, the cap is crap! It is not easy to grap (thin edges), doesn't screw on or off easily; it is just weird and annoying! Needs a redesign!

My eye doctor recommended these drops, and they’ve made a big difference. I have super dry eyes, and these give me instant and long-lasting relief without any stinging. I use them daily now and feel so much more comfortable. Highly recommend!

I ordered these as a replacement for another preservative-free brand I was not satisfied with. I like these drops much more, they are not milky or make my vision temporarily blurry. They hydrate my eyes and feel fresh. The only reason I listed 4 stars instead of 5 is because I do not like how stiff and rigid the bottle is, it is hard to squeeze. The price was much better, comparable sizes and functionality, so I will most likely stick with these!

My eyes get dry pretty easily, especially when wearing contact lenses. This is the only eye-drop that gives me a few more hours of total comfort. It doesn’t burn and it gives you instant relief from irritation and dryness. It doesn’t relieve redness, just discomfort. A downside however is the fact that the lid is a pop-off that isn’t attached so you either have to hold it in your hand or set it down somewhere which is inconvenient. It’s popped off in my purse before and I had to throw the whole thing away because it was no longer sanitary. The dropper part is also annoying because you have to squeeze the bottle fairly hard to get a drop out. While it’s nice it probably won’t leak on you unless you crush it, it’s just mildly annoying to sit there and wonder if you’re going to accidentally squirt it too hard into your eye. Anyway, despite the faults of the container, I keep buying these because I haven’t found anything else that matches the quality of the product.

I've always used homeopathic eye drops...my brand discontinued. However, tried a very different brand...really great, works just as advertised and although the container is small....a few drops work great. Highly recommend. I'm allergic to penicillin and sulfa drugs and MOST OTC. Really like this product. well worth the cost. I've been a user for several months, with no side effects for me. Will continue to use and re-purchase as needed.

I have chronic dry eye and have tried almost every drop there is. These drops are incredible -- extremely hydrating and very soothing. Unfortunately they come in the worst container known to man (or woman). By the time you get to half full it's incredibly difficult to squeeze the container hard enough to get the drops out. By the time you get to 1/3 full it's impossible. So you end up wasting 1/3 of every bottle just because you can't get the drops out!

I’m really impressed with this. I’ve been using another brand for several years maintaining a sense of loyalty to it for no real reason. Then they either stopped selling it or stopped making it, so I searched around and found this one. In a single use, my eyes felt better with this than they had in ages. Dry climate, windy weather and having the heater going have made my eyes feel like I’m blinking around sand, which that other brand did nothing about. Next I gotta find me a good nasal spray with glycerin or the like!

This is a repeat purchase for me. Biotrue Hydration Boost Eye Drops has become my favorite eye drops. I have dry eyes, and these drops have worked very well for me. The dispensing mechanism is a little difficult to use; you need to squeeze pretty hard. Tip: Squeeze and wait; the drop does not come out immediately.
