The innovation of the corrugated wrapping achieves several goals.... certainly provides insulation from hot coffee, but it also makes for a consistently firm cup that resists an accidental crushing from being squeezed too tight. In addition, the corrugated surface creates the opportunity for a truly "slip free" grip anywhere on the cup. The integral design of the insulation material sees to it that there is no sleeve that slips off at inopportune moments.....the "whole package" makes carrying this through parking lots, elevators, etc... a far more easy task...Although this is a disposable cup, I can wipe this down to keep the interior from degrading and use it again for more than one "pitch it"use. As an added bonus feature, the lid is designed to be a slop-free lid, with the ability to seal off the sipping aperture while in transit, then sip with safety while navigating streets, elevators, walks, etc. In addition, the lid is sturdy enough so that it does not split at the edges while placing it on the cup, a "performance failure" of some other lids I have encountered...(nothing like a slow latte leak from the edge of the cup while driving.....)And, to boot, the corrugated wrapping's color and pattern make for a quietly distinctive look - no, never going to be confused for heirloom china, but still a "better look" while in transit than I thought achievable..... I bought these to use instead of standard Styrofoam cups at Christmas time when we give out hot coco in my sister's neighborhood to all the people who come to look at the lights. These cups are not only beautiful and festive but sturdy and well insulated to keep hands safe and the lids are easy to open and easy to snap on. We had so many compliments on how nice they were, I cant wait to do it again this year. We will definitely be buying these again. Especially since they are not super expensive either, which is a huge plus considering all the other holiday expenses!Thanks so much!

overall, good cups. My only complaint is that some of the lids have issues because the plastic has not been stamped all the way through where you sip from. On several, I had to take a sharp knife and finish cutting though the plastic in order to be able to pull back the built-in stopper.

I have a horrendously bad habit of forgetting to bring in my reusable coffee cups from my car once I get home from work.I shopped around for good value coffee cups to take with me to work so that I could reuse them during my shift and just toss them when I was headed out for the day. I came across these cups and decided to give them a try. ~$11 for an amount that will last me a little over seven weeks (I work only 4 days a week for 10 hours instead of the normal 5d/8h schedule) is a great deal!! Sometimes the lids can be a bit leaky but that’s probably one or two lids every package so that’s perfectly fine with me. Love these cups!!

these are nice and strong recyclable/disposable cups. I wish I had ordered the next bigger size but I'll use these up first. We needed cups we could throw away when heading into parks with hungry mischievous bears lurking about. About yown we have reusable thermal cups but you can't leave any food scented items in your unattended vehicle in the parks so these worked great.

I ordered these because they looked nice and were inexpensive. The cups and lids look great and substantial. The lips do not fit on well AT ALL. The first time I used one I had coffee ALL over my cup holder in my vehicle. I thought maybe I just had a defective one. The next day, SAME THING. I have it one more shot while I was at home and not moving around and every time I'd go to take a drink it would spill down the cup.

Bought these because they were less expensive than others. The cup itself is great. It’s thick and sturdy and no sleeve is needed for the heat but the lids, although they look sturdy, are not. The liquids leak through the lid! And I’m talking about when I am taking a drink, it happens while walking at normal pace. At first I thought maybe it was me but after a week of using them daily, I have the same issue. The lid snaps properly and all so I have no clue why this continues. The cup isn’t even full. Anyhow, I really like the high quality look but not the effects. Will have to shop around for other cups.
