no, I received just one, thus rated them one star, and I don't see my rating for some reason.

Q: Can it connect to 1/2 inch tubing?

It screws on to 1/2 pipe and you insert 1/4 inch tubing into the barbed oulets

Q: Is the 10 pack adjustable? It doesn't say it.

All are adjustable, think I bought a package of 25

the manifold allows you to put this on an existing head and lower the flow. i am pretty sure you either have the cap on or add a line and the flow is slow to whatever does not have a cap on it . hope that helps
