As a designer I am using my hands to hold paintbrushes etc all day, then at night I'm on the iPad my fingers were beginning to feel sore, stiff and swollen, especially my index fingerAlready owning a proven magnetic bracelet I looked for a good quality therapy magnetic ring and having read the few genuine reviews took the plunge and bought the ladies size. With my finger being so swollen I couldn't get it all the way on but wore it half way down and noticed very quickly my finger was feeling less painfulFeeling impatient I got out the pliers and a cloth to protect the rings surface and expanded it to fit, which worked surprisingly well.Two days later I was so impressed by the benefits of the ring and noticing a visible reduction in swelling, pain and stiffness, I ordered the men's size ring and reduced it to fit my index finger. I then reduced the original ladies sized ring I'd bought earlier, back to its original size to fit on another finger on the same hand.... again causing no damage to the ring.I now have a virtually pain free hand with rings on two fingers ......I'm really pleased with these rings and would recommend them to anyone who feels pain in their fingers, they are certainly worth a try. The pain hasn't 100% completely gone but it's certainly bearable now and forgettable and that's a few days inMy hand feels warmer too, so my circulation has improved....a very happy customer :)

Lovely brushed metal band centre, looked really nice. However slight scratches appeared almost immediately on wearing, that won't wipe off but continue to build up. Such a shame to lose it's gorgeous looks so quickly. I already had the all black 1 and the black only looks a bit colour worn after 3 months, NO scratches to the smooth centre. I wear this and the black 1, 1 on each forefinger. It's actually my top knuckles that are badly affected so, as I cant get small enough rings to fit there, I also have bangles and bracelets in the hope that enough travels up. Can't wear full finger gloves during daily tasks. I am really glad these rings have 4 magnets each. They seem to help and could be delaying progression to my middle knuckles. Hard to adjust to get on and off.

I bought the ring for my middle finger on my left hand because it had been sore for quite some time due to arthritis. I was a bit concerned that this ring would look out of place compared to the other rings I have, but to be honest it doesn't. I have been wearing it for 4/5 days now and have not taken it off. It hasn't left a skin colouration on my finger and I really hope it won't in the future. This is why I bought a ring made with Titanium, so that I could wear it even while doing the dishes or having a shower. Overall, I am very happy with the ring, and hopefully it will work its magic too. I think it is a bit premature yet to notice a difference in the level of pain in my finger but I do trust it will help.

As you can see my fingers are quite badly affaected by arthritis. I have a magnetic bracelet but my finger was still hurting a lot. Bought this ring and within a few days no more pain.Only a couple of things I tend to fiddle with ringswhich why I don't ordinarily wear one. One of the little magnets fell out but it doesn't seem to have made much difference also because it is not a complete ring it can catch on things like your nose when washing your face or door handles.For pain relief it is worth it.

A very nice looking ring very stylish I think. I bought this for my mum who’s got a very bad finger and she has injections in for the pain so reading up I thought this would work but I’m sorry to say my mum said I has done nothing at all for the pain and at £20 it’s not cheap so I will be returning it I’m afraid.Be careful I just found out you cannot return ring back to amazon under there policy.
