The package contained aliminum bubble envelop that was inserted inside the regular envelope. Besides this, it was wrapped nicely in a durable package with ice-brix leakproof gel to prevent cold from escaping. The pills are inside glass bottle with wonderfully designed label. Everything looked first class. I did the probiotic milk test by placing two pills inside milk overnight. The next day, milk turned into kefir/yogurt like substance which proves that this probiotic is 100% working! The other probiotics with labels that suggests that they can be kept outside did not turn into kefir when I did the milk test on them. I only trust probiotics that should be refrigerated because live culstures such as yogurts and kefirs must be refrigerated. Probiotics that do not require refrigeration do not have all the live organisms in them. Heat can kill organisms which die due to lack of nutrients in a proper refrigerated environment. Without a doubt, this probiotic definitely made me feel better after taking it for 1 month. My bowel movements have restored and the live bacteria in this probiotic helped me with my stomach issues. Thank you very much to MegaFlora for not lying to people and producing good quality product that truly helps. While it is a little bit on the expensive side, I didn't waste my money at all. I will be ordering a second bottle today.

I am happy with almost everything about this product. It is smaller than most capsules and easy to swallow. I did a lot of research prior to purchase to find a probiotic that was of good quality, had been through testing, and one that recommended refrigeration--which is important to maintain the viability. I bought it because this one shipped with a small ice pack, but unfortunately, the ice pack and bottle arrived very hot (summer time heat wasn't kind to shippers). I wrote back stating I probably wouldn't purchase again. However, the sellers immediately resent another bottle this time adding extra insulation to the packaging and two ice packs! I was impressed with their customer service and willingness to try to make it right. Even though this second shipment also arrived hot with everything melted, I have to assume it made it much longer as a cold shipment and I really appreciate the extra effort they put in to try ship it cold. I will order from them again--but I may wait until the cooler months. The product is excellent--it was only the cold shipment that lacked. In all fairness to them we are rural so it takes an extra day to get our orders. If you live in a big city or more populated area I'm sure your package will arrive the way they intended. They are the only seller that I saw that even tried to mail out a refrigerated product!

I have ordered this product in the past and decided to order again because it really does work, It help me go to the bathroom everyday more than twice a day. But sadly the delivery method was awful this time, it is to be kept cold and it is the middle of may here in Georgia. Over 90 degrees here, they put the product in a plastic package w/a small thin plastic ice pack. Not considering the heat and how long it would be in the drivers truck and then left outside on a hot porch. The product was so hot that the writing on the label had completely smeared off, the bottle wet and sticky. The pills inside were stuck together, I will not place another order

I love this product. It truly makes me feel right in my stomach. I have noticed a decrease in appetite without any bloating. I seem to eat the right amount of food without getting too full yet I feel satisfied...lost 26 pounds.I have ordered this product, and compared it to other products that are similar, and there is no comparison IMO. My "health-nut" son, came home, and tried it and he is convinced too. Hence, I don't think it's just me.I'm a firm believer, and a repeat buyer.

I love the probiotic!!! But have been encountering issues with different shippers on Amazon :(I have been using this probiotic all year. I came across it when searching for probiotics with specific strains that I felt like my body desperately needed. For anyone who may not be aware of this, the probiotic (most probiotics) need to remain at a cool, chilly temperature to maintain its potency. This includes staying cool from the time it leaves the warehouse and arrives to you.I would order it from MegaFood’s website, but eventually started ordering it on Amazon, as I do with most everyday goods.**When receiving this product from MegaFood**it arrives insulated with very quick shipping (by the time it ships out, it arrives within 48 hours). The insulation is always still ice cold by the time I receive the product.5 stars!!!**When ordering from Amazon**It’s been a hit or miss depending on the shipper: early in the summer, the product was wrapped properly with cool insulation and stayed cold despite the temperature that day ranging from 90-100°F!!!! I was REALLY surprised and relieved :)BUTI’ve ordered it two times since then from two different shippers on Amazon and BOTH times the product arrived warm with no proper cooling method :( I don’t know if I want to go with the trouble of POSSIBLY needing to return a third order because the third shipper also doesn’t ship the probiotic at a cool temperature??? Sigh..So all in all, the probiotic product is great ***IF*** it arrives cold enough. But that itself really depends on the shipper. You may be better off ordering directly from MegaFood.
