The book has some great information, however the table of foods is messy and a lot of the foods repeat themselves

Very useful book, easy to read and understand. Good list of foods in the back showing what is alkaline and acid.

The book gives a very good explanation of the acid and alkaline impact on the body. This is what people need to know. However, the guideline is not full, but quite repetitive. Would recommend only the first part of the book.

This is very good in its explanation of acid/alkaline but the listing of foods etc is rather repetitive through the listings.
