Miracle-Gro018116 All Purpose Concentrated Liquid Plant Food 1L, Green

I bought this to use in a hydroponic system. I have a 200l tank so mixed the whole 1l bottle in and left running for 24 hours to give a good mix. EC before testing was 0.4. After I had added the Miracle Grow it was 2.2. This I thought was pretty good considering the bargain price.Its all purpose so can be used with Veggies but as other people have pointed out it lacks in potash for fruting plants (tomatoes etc.) therefore when my plants begin to fruit I am going to switch to Tomorite.My plan is to see how this compares to canna nutrients which I’ve been told are overpriced water.Theres a max order limit of 20 set by Amazon.

This has been easy to make up with very clear instructions. I have already given it to some of my house plants and my balcony herb garden. For the herbs in particular I have used a lower concentration so as to avoid reducing the flavour profile of my herbs so they’re better for cooking with.It’s early days but my plants seem to be responding well. I’ll check in at a later date to give a more full update but so far so good.5/5 would recommend. Easy to use. Good instructions. Effective product. This product's score could go up or down depending upon its apparent efficacy later on in the growing season.For the time being I must very much congratulate the designers of the container.The moulded handle of the bottle, the simple and effective spout, the threaded cap which doubles as the lid.Easy to use, no splashing or spillage, no faffing about with multiple caps and 'child proof' lids.I mention this all mainly because it is in stark contrast to the packaging of a related product by another manufacturer.

Fantastic value for the money

I’ve been using this since the start of January and it’s been working so well with my indoor plants! I’ll mix a little bit of the product in with water in a spray bottle and then give the soil a good spritz. I’ll do that every other week. Also there are no signs of fungus/mold, which is something that I did worry about.I would recommend using this alongside some kind of bug spray though because I did notice some tiny flies around when I started using this.

Plants in my hanging baskets look healthy enough, but without leaving one unfed as a control, I will never know if it made a difference.

Great feed have helped my bay trees along. Aleays use this product
