OrthoSleeve Compression Knee Brace/Sleeve for ACL, MCL, Injury Recovery, Meniscus Tear, knee pain, aching knees, patellar tendonitis & arthritis

I have mild tricompartmental osteoarthritis on my left knee and a miniscus tear + quadriceps tendonitis + joint effusion in my right knee (I know—yikes!). At just 98 lbs, it’s so hard to find knee braces that fit properly without sliding down. Thankfully, the small size in this brace fits really well. It’s snug just above and below my knees, helping keep my kneecaps stable. Although, the second set I ordered felt like it had been used, which I returned, I received a new replacement within days. For the cost, worth the money.It’s not a magic fix, but it does help, especially when I’m on my feet more or trying to stay active while avoiding further strain. I usually limit wear to 8 hours a day, but it’s so comfortable that I sometimes forget I’m even wearing it.If you have knee issues and a smaller build, this is a solid option worth trying. Great Knee Brace. Runs small, so I had to order a medium. My knee feels supported and the brace doesn't feel like it's cutting off circulation to my leg. Pleased with my purchase.

Comfortable for me, but I ordered an X-Large. At 112 lbs. I’m usually a medium. X-Large fits my thigh area well, but is a little too tight in the lower band around my calf. I do have thicker calves. This provides lightweight support, not like a heavy medical brace that would give max support. I wear this sleeve to physical therapy and when I’m out shopping for long hours. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and wear sleeve on one knee that is slightly knock knee. Trying to avoid knee replacement. Like this sleeve because it fits under jeans and leggings, very important because I wear leggings nearly all the time. It stays fairly smooth all day, fabric doesn’t bunch up behind knee. I plan to order a second one for my other knee.

This brace is wonderful, providing comfortable support. It does not ride up or down. It is a tad difficult to put on, but stays in place and provides superior support compared to cheaper braces we have tried.

I have purchased three of this item in the past. It fits my knee perfectly. I use it all the time especially when I'm doing long walks, shopping, and any other activities using my legs. When going places when I'm not sure of activities, I make sure I carry them in my bag because it is convenient and there will be no regrets when I have to walk long distances. The product is convenient to use whether it is worn as an under garment or wearing skirts or dresses because it is not noticeable and convenient to wear. Importantly, it serves its purpose of providing protection and free of pain of my knees due to osteoarthritis.

The OrthoSleeve arrived promptly and is very light-weight and easy to wear under jeans or other pants. I tried it out by wearing it for about 12 hours on a day where I had to be doing yard work at home. The support was fine, although not as noticeable as heavier support braces I’ve tried. My knee felt some relief throughout the day and overall it was quite comfortable. However, when I took it off at night I noticed that the small round (silicone?) beads on the inside of the top part of the sleeve (that keep it from slipping) had given me a very noticeable and itchy rash on my thigh. There were raised red dots all around my thigh where the beads had been so it was definitely a reaction to the sleeve. If you have sensitive skin (which I guess I have), I would be cautious about using this sleeve.I am planning to try it again (for a shorter period of time) with the top part of the sleeve folded over so the beads don’t touch my skin (the sleeve is long enough to try to do this) and see if it solves the problem. If that works, I will consider this a helpful solution to my mild knee pain.

I wanted to love this as I needed the compression for bone on bone swelling, but even though I measured per the instructions and purchased an XL (I don't use an XL in any clothing), this was still way too tight. This is probably best for very thin legs. I wear a size 10/12, but this was far too constricting for me. I am returning - thankful for a good return policy!
