I was worried when I got my first parcel it comes in 5 big packages when I received the first one and then the next day the rest of the furniture came and it looks amazing will upload a pic

This product was delivered very promptly in five large boxes. The chairs have to be put together using bolts and an alan key and they can be quite fiddly. After putting the seat and back in three of the chairs my fingers were sore and I had a couple of small cuts but the finished articles were worth it. Today we've tried to put together the table. The instructions are not crystal clear and I made a mistake by not putting the metal strengthening bars in the frame so had to take the table apart again. Frustrated! However the biggest disappointment was when we went to open the box which contained the glass. One of the three pieces was slightly scratched and another has totally shattered within its polystyrene packing. I have contacted the manufacturer for replacements. Lets see how long they take! The set will look lovely when it's finished. It's just disappointing not to be able to finish it today.

Bellino, ma difficile da montare, perlomeno per me. I colli sono cinque, non mi sono arrivati lo stesso giorno e già paventavo problemi, invece ho avuto spiegazioni immediate dal venditore e, adesso, potete ammirare il mio "tavolino" in tutto il suo splendore...

Für das Geld wirklich ganz tolles Möbel! Sieht richtig schick aus und die Möglichkeit alles unter der Tischplatte zuverstauen ist top! Das Aufbauen braucht schons eine Zeit (2 Personen, 1 Stunde) aber hey..man macht das ja nur einmal.Ich hatte ein wenig Angst als ich in einer Bewertung von einem schlechten Kundensupport gelesen habe. Dem kann ich nur widersprechen. Bei uns fehlten leider 4 Kissen und dies habe ich per Mail mitgeteilt. Es wurde sich sofort sehr freundlich entschudligt und 3 Tage später hatte ich schon die fehlenden Kissen.Fazit: Kaufempfehlung :)
