Came compressed in the box, no smell nor stains !The pillow cover on these has two sides one is for cooling and the other side is regular. The effect of the pillow case makes one side slightly softer than the other side as it feels a bit more firm. I really recommend these pillows. I thought they would be to soft for me as i wanted a firm pillow but I realized these are great and if I had gotten some really firm pillow I wouldn’t have been comfortable. These where just the perfect comfort for me firm but also a slight softness to them. Really love them.

Very comfortable!

These pillows are very firm. They're not the most comfortable to lay on at first, but they do seem to support my neck very well during the night.

I bought these for my mom cuz she needed pillows these came very fast and we were surprised that they were vacuumed sealed and look little little thin pillow but to our great surprised they grew to an actual big size and the covers come off of them for easy washing and they are so comfortable

Only a month already tear down … the filling is very nice and comfortable though

I'm still waiting for the 48hrs to pass. But out of the box I'm extremely pleased. I had an expensive tempurpedic, medium firmness, I needed to replace. It was my favorite pillow. The firmness is close to the one I had before and there is a distinct difference in temperature on each side. If you like medium get them. If you like soft or firm you might want to go with their soft or firm and not these. They don't have any weird smell. And I'm extra glad I didn't spend a lot more money for the name brand. I will be glad when the 48hrs is up to sleep on them.

These pillows become flat as a pancake. When you lay your head on it, and just your head, it's OK. But if you want to prop your arm on it, it becomes very flat. Literally like you're not leaning on pillows. My last straw, was when I used both pillows to try to prop my by body up, during the worst "crick in neck" of my life, I was literally sinking in, which made my neck pain worst! I literally started crying. During this moment of pain, I had to get up, and grab other pillows.

i bought these because i wanted a firm and cooling pillow. they are 100% cooling! one side is normal (room temp) and the other is ice cold. i’ve never seen a pillow that actually cools like this! however, the pillows are ROCK hard. your head can’t even sink in, it just sits on top of the pillow because that’s how firm it is. it took about 4 hours for my pillows to puff up, and the instructions say to take a few days to let your body get used to the pillow; unfortunately, it’s still super hard. i’ll have to return them.—————————————————————-UPDATE: i decided to try and get used to the pillows, they definitely have softened. they’re a lot better than when i first got them. hopefully they’ll continue to soften out a bit more.
