I love that it has a Velcro strap you can wrap around my back or my belly when I have my period and cramps! It actually gets hot, I've tried like 20 different ones and most barely get warm and are not effective at relieving pain which is the main reason I need one, its comfortable unlike my last one that had a very thick plastic material inside which is not very moldable to the body. This one is super soft, has 6 different heat levels ranging from low heat to high heat. Why do other companies even bother to make heating pads if they aren't going to make them get hot? Thank you so much to this company for this wonderful heating pad, you will have a customer for life or as long as you keep making these heating pads!!

This heating pad makes me feel as if I am getting a warm hug and being told, "You'll feel better soon." The fabric feels luxurious. The pad is a great fit. I would highly recommend it as a gift for someone that you love.

soothes my back pain...I set it and fall asleep with it most nights..only wish the velcro would adjust to fit a smaller person..on the tightest fit its still too loose

The way this a Velcro fastener at the front mean you can lay in any position you want.you don’t have to lay on your back or be stuck sitting on the couch.I also like that it has the option to set it up to 6 hours.So far I’m loving it!

My husband is very picky and wanted an item that wasn’t a pad that he could keep on himself. This item checked all the boxes of his wants and needs. A pad is fine but not for the small of his back where he needed it. The size is perfect and he could tighten or loosen it as needed.

I have not even had it a year (8months) and it is my back up heating pad, so it is not even used each month but it just stopped working and the screen just keeps flashing and it doesn’t heat anymore. Sad because the settings were good and the feature to wrap around is nice but if it doesn’t last even a year (when I’ve had others I use much more last year after year) and when not used a huge amount makes it not worth it in my eyes.

This is a great width and the heating component is perfect but it is not plus size friendly. I’m a size 18 US women’s and it will barely velcro and it most definitely doesn’t stay velcroed when sitting down. Just a bummer that a product like this didn’t have a lot of extra material for all sizes.
