Buckle came off
Bought it my partner for his birthday he loved it..he only started to wear it last week and today the buckle has completely come off...EDIT.. the company contacted me straight away and offered me a full refund or replacement. I took the replacement. And received the replacement in 24 hours.They were very apologetic. I can't fault there customer service at all.. so I have changed it to 5 stars. With fantastic customer service like this definitely worth giving the company another chance .
