Tired of the plastic cutting boards that scratch and harbor dirt and debris even after cleaning them. These composite wood boards and thin, sturdy, clean up perfectly, and come out sparkling clean from the dishwasher unlike the plastic ones they are replacing.

I will only use these boards. They are an excellent surface for my knives, and do not cause dulling or have grooves after cutting (like plastic boards). They wash well in the dishwasher. They do not move around on the counter when using them, and are great to sit hot pots on. Good value for money for these sturdy boards.

I bought this cutting board because my wife and I are attempting to stay away from using plastic as we read microplastic can be cooked into your food.This is a great cutting board and it’s made of wood which helps us stay away from plastic! It cleans easily and can withstand our new knives! Only caveat is that after using it for a couple months, we noticed that tiny pieces of wood came out (not that big of a deal since the pieces can be wiped off and cause no harm).

These cutting boards get exercised in my kitchen several times each day, and they have performed perfectly! Sharp knives, repeated hand washing, and all sorts of food from crusty to tomatoey have not left their marks.

These cutting boards work well, are easy to clean, and because of their slim profile, are lightweight and easy to store. I am very pleased with this purchase.
