I can’t really tell if this is effective or not. But it is convenient and easy to use. The flavor is not horrible either. Good ingredients. A bit pricey.

I liked the idea of these shots as I inevitably forget to take my daily vitamins and probiotics, so this is a once-a-week replacement that makes compliance easier! The taste was fine and the shot was palatable. I didn't notice any aftertaste, burps or tummy upset. But, at the same time, I didn't see any positive changes after taking these shots. Perhaps I would have to give it more than a month to see changes, but at this point I'm not sure if it's doing anything for me.

Really cannot tell if whether or not this helped anything with my gut or digestion. i did try it and enjoyed the grape flavor it had! it was really yummy in this way but I just can’t tell if i would get it again in the future cause i never seen anything significant from its recommended use.

This was a convenient way to get your probiotics! Love that you only have to take this once a week and its a great boost of probitics!!

The concept of this product is neat, but the flavor is... doable. It's easy to take because I only had to do it once a week. I really like the idea of limiting the number of pills and getting my week's worth of probiotics all in one go. I didn't really notice a difference in my digestion otherwise though, possibly because of other means I have to support that.

When I saw brewer's yeast listed, I had some reservations, having had experienced trying to gag down brewer's yeast supplements years ago. This is SO much more palatable, and I like the delivery system of drops that are taken once a week, so although initially it doesn't look like much, it's actually an almost 4 month supply. No adverse effects to note.
