Installation was done after 7 days of receipt of AC after making a lot of calls to blue star service centre.After installation, there was a cooling issue due to internal leakage which was already checked during installation and payment of Rs.600 was also taken separately for the same by blue star service team.Cooling issue was resolved by blue star team after 15 days of installation and after making a lot of calls to blue star service centre.Please don't purchase items online particularly from AmazonLast year I have purchased split AC Lloyd make from Great eastern shop and it was installed on the same day and also working properly till date without any issue

Excellent Cooling and Smart Features
I recently purchased the Bluestar AC (2 TON IC524DNUR) for my large hall, and I'm very impressed with its performance. The cooling capacity is excellent, and it efficiently cools the entire space. One of the standout features is its Smart Ready capability. For an additional Rs. 1650, you can have a WiFi chip installed, transforming it into a Smart AC, which is very convenient for remote control.Operating the AC is very straightforward, and maintenance has been hassle-free so far. The design is generally good, but I did notice a small gap at the back of the indoor unit, which could potentially allow lizards to enter. Despite this minor issue, I believe the Bluestar AC offers great value for the price. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
