Jaw Exerciser for Men & Women, 3 Resistance, 6PCS (Black)

Love this product - the material is smooth and easy to clean and the bits feel durable like they'll last for a while. My jaw is definitely getting a workout and you can move the bits forward or backward to work different facial muscles. The suction isn't bad if you keep them off your tongue or just open your mouth.

I just received the product. It is exactly as described. It does not come with any instructions, but the product is fairly straightforward, so not a huge issue. Since I just got it, I cannot speak to it's effectiveness, but I will note that it is challenging (at least for me) to keep each bit aligned properly with the teeth. My cheeks keep turning the bits at an angle to the teeth (which likely impacts the effectiveness). As the bits are creating a gap in the mouth (as expected), you tend to salivate more and as you go to swallow, your tongue moves forward between the bits, blocking the inner sides of each bit. With the inner sides blocked, the chomping motion creates a natural suction with the open partitions on the outer sides of the bits drawing in the cheeks with a pretty strong suction. This can be pretty annoying, but...physics.I'll use it for another day or two to see if I can develop a trick or two to keep the bits aligned. It's not bad for what you pay for it, but personally, I think I will probably pay more and buy another exerciser that utilizes a full mouth piece that can keep the chomping surfaces better aligned with the teeth.

Doesn’t come with instructions or which “weight” is which pounds. Had to come back to the product and look at the pictures. I see a lot of ppl complaining that it doesn’t stay in place which is true but once you find a technique that works for you it should not be an issue. Also don’t wash it in the dishwasher like one review stated they did, because the items specifically tells you to hand wash. Been using it for two days now and can feel the tension in my jaw, but let’s see how it works over time.

If you can’t keep these in place you probably need them more than you knew. I like them so far. They stay in when your mouth is closed not if you chew like a cow. Also yes you build up saliva but that’s no issue either. Way better than gum.

It's difficult to keep it on place, the product doesn't come with any instructions, Is a bit disappointing , I think my cheeks is pushing them in since I'm chubby, if you have a skinny face try it for the price I think is a good . Probably I will get the front teeth one.

The product works great!However as far as feedback is concerned I would like to recommend a small improvement that I believe would help with the overall use and effectiveness of the product!I noticed the ground of the top and bottom of each part has very little grove to secure the bites onto.THe shallow grooving caused them to slip around my bite from time to time causing me to have to reposition them periodically.If there were some general teeth/bite mark grooves, I believe the handling/use and biting of the product would increase the overall effectiveness.Otherwise they are very useful and are nice and easy to get a good workout from chewing on.The lack of deep grooving makes it a little challenging to get a consistent chew/exercise from but can be used regardless.
