LattafaMaison Alhambra Athena for Women Eau De Parfum Spray, 3.4 Ounce

UPDATE: It has now been 23 days of maturing - not that long for a Lattafa scent - and this is DIVINE. I just now ordered another bottle to let it macerate for months while I use this one up. I cannot even describe how far this has come. This started as probably the only Lattafa that I worried about. Now it's one of my favorite daytime go-to scents.When I pair this with anything with toffee or chocolate (think Creamy Biscuit), I can actually use the description "divine". It makes me want to keep sniffing my own arm and wrists!This isn't my favorite Lattafa scent (at least not yet), but it's nice. It's more subtle than any of the other 8 or 9 that I have. It's a soft and office-friendly (or school, crowds, etc.) scent. Right now, I'd give her 4.5 stars.It's a citrus-leaning, powder type of scent with VERY soft florals. The vanilla comes out more on the dry down. Thankfully, I don't get a lot of spice, which would be too strong in something this soft overall.I say it's not yet one of my faves but, honestly, Lattafa scents need time to come to bloom LOL. This might be something different after a few weeks. Right now, it is a go-to for when I have to be in crowded spaces. It's so soft and safe.Not a bad blind buy because of the price and the general notes - powdery-citrus-floral.The bottle is one of the more subtle of Lattafas. It's subtle and has a pretty faux marble top that I really like.

Item arrived in brand new condition. This fragrance smells amazing and authentic! If you have Burberry Goddess or Angham, you may want to skip this one. They all smell EXACTLY the same (or if you want to save money, get this instead of BG)! I look forward to ordering from this seller again!

Love this scent! Great blind buy! Everyone’s taste in scent is different so remember that when trying to new fragrances. I love this scent it has a nice sensual dry down but it doesn’t last very long on me.

I'm currently wearing it side by side with I'm currently wearing it side by side with The original Burberry goddess and another dupe. I dont think this smells close to Goddess but I like it much better than goddess. Goddess opens with heavy gardenia side a side dish of suntan lotion. Athena is more vanilla amber, warm and sensual. Athena is not a complex fragrance (it doesnt "develope", at least not on me) nor does it smell high end. In fact, if it reminds me of anything it smells like that discontinued drugstore perfume from Halle Berry called "Halle" (I still have a small bit left in my bottle and next I will test my theory with Athena side by side with that one). So while it reminds me of a drugstore perfume, it happens to be a very pleasing drugstore perfume.

I brought my bottle to a Duty Free store and compared it to Goddess and couldn’t tell the difference. If you like that, you’ll love this!!

Lattafa Maison Alhambra Athena for Women is a beautiful, soft powdery scent. If you like soft feminine fragrances, you will like this one. I have purchased several of Maison Alhambra's fragrances and I love them all. They are very affordable and smell very expensive. I always have people I don't even know stop me and ask what scent I'm wearing. You will too, if you start wearing this fragrance. I highly recommend it!

Smells so good like Burberry goddess. I received a lot of compliments while wearing.

Athena smells a little smoky, powdery and fruity. The bottle is beautiful and looks great on my dresser.
