It has ingredients that help your skin barrier heal. I have problems with my lower legs that get swollen, red, and very irritated. This is why I wanted to try this. And it didn’t disappoint at all.I love the creamy texture. It spreads very easily on the skin and gets absorbed nicely without leaving an oily film. There is no fragrance. The quality is great.
