Very Poor Quality and Customer Service
The media could not be loaded. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. Just one week after purchase, the watch strap tore. When we tried to contact the service team for assistance, the provided number was unreachable.This is by far the worst customer support experience I've had. The quality of the product is so poor that I believe a watch from the local market, priced under 1000 rupees, would be a better choice.Once you buy this product, you are completely on your own because no one takes responsibility for resolving issues. I strongly advise against purchasing this watch.

Great premium craftsmanship
Worth the money and although the strap is starting to wear off after less than a month of usage, I am only praise for the watch. A true mechanical watch.You'll not regret it.
