These are what we use to flatten our plantains (plantanos). My previous one had broken so I ordered these replacements which worked well. I ordered a few pieces for myself and family. Easy wash & care.

Waste of money!!
Item came cracked! Additionally, it is flimsy and seemed like it would not be durable. I’m living overseas, so it would be a hassle to return it. So I’ll just have to absorb the loss. So disappointed!!
