I got this to root Crepe Myrtles. When I dipped it in the rooting medium, it did not cake and was easy to thump off of the limb, which we know it’s not good to use too much rooting medium or it can cause rot. Now, we wait and see if they root!!!

Used this Hormex #8 to root a heap of dragon fruit cuttings and had significant root growth on 27 out of 30 cutting in 2 weeks. Without rooting hormone I’d be lucky to get this amount of growth in 8 weeks. Got recommended Hormex #8 by a large scale dragonfruit grower and I’ll say he wasn’t wrong. Thought I’d give this a try on some Hoya cuttings that also generally take a while to root and I had roots pushing through in 3-5 days which was way above and beyond my wildest expectations.East to use, extremely happy with the results. Big fan of this #8. Rarely give 5 star reviews but I truly believe this product deserves the highest rating possible. It works! I used it for my dragonfruit and fiddle leaf fig cuttings and all of the cuttings have rooted!

I love the concept but not sure of effectiveness. Hit or miss with new growth. I love propagating and was told about root hormones so thought I’d try.

THIS STUFF ROCKS! Love that it comes in different strengths and this 0.8 has helped revitalize some of my most stubborn philodendron roots. Liked it so much I also ordered the Hormex Vitamin B1 & Rooting Hormone for transplant shock/root protection as I move my plants from soil to pon.Less expensive and stronger than the competition. 10/10 - already bought again.
