Expensive but okay. Not the best I've ever had.
Flavor was a little subtle but it was okay. Price is high!

Expensive and full of MSG
I love eating cut vegetables this way but you can make it with salt and some additional flavoring like kelp or hot pepper - without MSG This (asaduke) should not be confused with Japanese pickles which requires fermentation.
