AWEHIRU Equate Daily Multi-Benefit Psyllium Fiber Capsules, 300 Ct

I only buy these to keep extra fiber in my diet as my doctor stated that one a day is healthy and keeps things working as they should. I eat a well balanced healthy diet but sometimes find that things are a bit unregular due to my stomach and body. After speaking to my doctor we both felt this was a good option to try so I bought some and I will say that it works. It is not a cure all but it helps my system.

I'd been taking the orange flavored Equate and purchased the capsules because I didn't like the orange flavor and how bad it would stick to my glass. No issues with the capsules.

My doctor suggested that I start taking fiber to help with my cholesterol and IBS.I don't like to fool with mixing fiber power into drinks. Taking capsules is more convenient.My cholesterol is down. I also started to exercise with more walking.This does help with my IBS! I was surprised how well taking fiber helped. Between the fiber and change in my diet I'm a lot happier. 😃

I have a high protein diet and fiber is essential for me. I only take one per day and I have a very normal system. I do not taste anything when I take them, the capsules are a good size that I can tolerate.
