Mr. Nervous (Mr. Men and Little Miss)

My children are 6&7. They love this book!! It's a really cute and funny story that shows children how scary noises and sights can be easily explained and is nothing to be afraid of.

All of the Mr.Men books are great for little people. When they are small they love having them read to them and as they begin to read to themselves they can do that too. These books are just the right size for little hands too. I have had children who loved to collect them all and they kept them in their very own special box.Little Miss Books are also nice.

"Oh, heavens! The house is falling down! Oh, disaster! It's an earthquake! Oh, calamity! It's the end of the world!" What on earth has happened at Mr. Nervous' house? A leaf has fallen down and gently brushed against the window! When a worm wishes him a good morning, Mr. Nervous is convinced he is going to be eaten and jumps up into a tree! Yes, Mr. Nervous absolutely lives up to his name!Is there any hope for him? Yes! A kind man gives Mr. Nervous some very simple but great advice which when put into practice changes Mr. Nervous' life!

My children loved these when they were young. I have not purchased a set for my grandson. Cute "message" format with ease of reading. He is now four and still picks these up.

This & Mr. Noisy are the best in these series of books because they can be acted out, imitating these characters - hilarious fun for kids!

These books were a favorite with my children, and now my grandchildren love them. Simple illustrations, content inspires discussions that are relevant.

My 3 1/2 year-old son loves the Mr. Men series and often goes to sleep "reading" them. The illustrations are great and they are fun to read for adults, as well. This is one of the cuter stories.

My 3 year old son loves these Mr. Men characters. These books are a perfect length for bedtime reading (and relatively short attention spans) and they reveal exaggerated character traits that exist in all of us...and that we can laugh about.
