I can set it for a longer time than other products, so I wear it over my thick clothes when I sleep at a lukewarm temperature of about 40 degrees. Nice product but I bought it as a Christmas present and you never boxed it up so everybody seen what it was and it's ruined Christmas now. I've given it to her today because the surprise has gone and now I need to find a replacement to cover it!!!! Amazon always boxes up so why now of all times, you know Its Christmas. I will think twice about using you again!

Really nice bit of kit in a convenient size/weight.Bought it for my mother and she has arthritis pain and mobility issues and this has certainly he helped her manage her condition.Before we bought this we were warming her a microwaveable bag several times a day.With this belt she can use it, as and when she needs to.We had a slight issue after 4 months, which was outside the Amazon return process. However with the one year warranty still active, I emailed customer services and described issue and photos. They promptly agreed to arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Brilliant customer service.I would recommend this infrared heating pad containing jade stone.

The control does not attach to any part of the heating pad body, in another words, it is not hand free design. Another constraint for the body to move to anywhere else is the whole thing is constrained by the short electrical cable. The third issue is electricity consumption seems to be high if the user want to wear it for a few hours.
