Dry yeast for baking
It is really a good quality yeast , I have used for 4 years and always helped me to get perfect baking results , either it’s for pizza, garlic bread or else. Now I have tried local one from supermarket but it failed in first attempt, so now again I purchased this one 👌👌👌

Makes awesome breads...
Activating this yeast with lukewarm water (and not hot water) with a spoonful of honey or sugar works great on bread making - I've made pizzas, baguettes, sour dough breads and Focaccia...all turned out to be pretty good. I ordered my second pack recently, and it turned out to be very good as well. Few things that I follow:1. Activate the yeast 10 min. before you use it on the flour. You will see a froth, and yeast growing up.2. Never use hot water for activation, or bring it directly in contact with salt2. Seal the pack after use - do not leave open the unused yeast3. Consume within 4-5 months of opening the packWhile there is temptation to buy a 200 gm pack for a relatively low price over the 100 gm pack, review your usage - if you don't make breads more often, better to buy smaller pack.
