What I was expecting was something moderately flimsy and what I got was very well built. I've needed a new shoe rack for some time now that didn't take up a whole ton of space and when I saw this, I decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did because once I put together the rack (It came with extra parts and very thorough directions; super easy to put together), I realized that it was much better than what I expected. First of all, the thing is almost 7 feet tall and almost 2 feet wide. I can fit about 20 pairs of my shoes without any issues. It looks great and takes up less space. It made organizing my shoes clutter so much easier. The product is light, but built well so it holds quite a bit of weight. I was worried that it would be wobbly when put together and holding shoes but to my delight, it is stable and solid. Overall, it's an excellent shoe rack and I highly recommend it.

I have like 50 million shoes so I got 2 of these (& it’s not like they’re designer but they’re cute boots, platform heels & sneakers that I want displayed). It was perfect for all my shoes & I had a little bit of shelving left over but bc of some of my boots & platform heels being pretty tall I used the extra pieces to kinda adjust the size for those spaces (see in pic, you can tell 1 of them I didn’t mess with the heights and the other I did). I wish there was extra pieces included to be able to adjust size better because if I wouldn’t have gotten 2 of these and had those pieces left over, I wouldn’t have been able to adjust the height I display my shoes like I have. It’s also SUPER easy to assemble and EXTREMELY lightweight (remember the shelving part is fabric so certain things might not be able to stand up straight but it works perfectly fine for my boots & purses). Other than not being able to adjust size without having extra pieces, 10/10. If you have a lot of shoes like me and they’d be cute displayed I def still recommend
