Q: Does anyone know why the mic won't work on my son's switch only my son switch?

On The Switch You may have to go settings and adjust “Mic Monitoring”. Turn the mic volume up. It’s weird and annoying but happens with most gaming systems the first time a headset is introduced. Good luck.
