This is a peri menopausal god send!As I’m sure all of the ladies looking at this product know the night sweats are real!The nights I would toss and turn because one minute I feel like I have the fires of hell on my skin so the blanket comes off, then I’m freezing so blanket back on, rinse and repeat forever more!Well no more! The material is so light and comfortable, it’s silky smooth on the skin and the fabric is very cooling! It comes in different sizes and colours to suit everyone, the quality of the material is honestly next level, this blanket has changed my sleep game! This is 100% great value for money! This is the best thing I've ever purchased. I'm such a hot sleeper, and need a cover on to sleep. I've gotten cold overnight using this and it keeps me sweat-free and cool during the heatwaves. My dog loves it too.Summary:It works, is silky on it underside without catching, is a good size, requires a breeze to work (I leave the window open), and I'm fine with the price for the quality. I'm nervous about washing it but will follow the instructions and hopefully it will be okay.

I didn't know what to expect and when it arrived I was amazed how thin it was.There are 2 sides one has a fluffy type texture and that is the backing.The smooth side is the chilling side and when I first put it over me it really worked and I felt chilled on a hot and HUMID nightMy disappoint was it didnt stay chilled all night but apparently it works better when you have been sweating but I wanted a sweat free night in a chiller Sheet but I still use it and shake it every so often during the night and it chills again

Loved it so much I now have a single and a double. Took the single on holiday with me recently as I knew the temps were in high 20s in the eve. Hate sleeping with air-con. Didn't have one uncomfortable or noisy night. They are now essential pack items.They wash with my pj's and dry very quickly over the airing rack. (That said I use them over a sheet so don't need doing too often.)They're slightly weighty so even when it's really hot you can get that snuggly feeling. Colour is very clever, seems to blend nicely with any decor, I've used them in 3 very different bedrooms so far.Is your man one of those natural hot water bottles superheating the bed? Get one of these.Do you wake in the night burning like you've been to the gym? Need one.Got a poorly person in the house with a fever? This blanket has been perfect for the summer. It remains cold at all times, even when washed/dried, the coolness remains. It is thin but very very cooling.

I have to admit I'm disappointed writing this review as I have the matching pillow case and it works wonderfully.Upon arrival the blanket is very compact and packed well. Its also very lightweight upon delivery. Once opened its nice and soft and very comfortable, One side is clearly cooler to the touch that the other while the other has a nice brushed cotton feeling. Now for the sad part, I bought this because the stupid British weather has been overly warm and its left me unable to sleep at night. , my Initial thought of the blanket was that it was lovely and cooling, however about 10 mins after tucking myself into bed it adjusted to my actual body temperature (I'm a human radiator sadly) and became quite uncomfortable as it just radiated by body heat back towards me. I have tried it for a few nights and while the initial cooling feeling doesn't last more than 10 mins I've found if you can sleep with a fan on it isn't as awful and I eventually got a good nights rest. Sadly in the currently world of our overpriced electrics its perhaps not visible in the long run.

This was a total lifesaver during the 2021 heatwave. I HATE hot humid weather with a passion and was stuck working at home, in an attic bedroom that has two tiny skylights and a south-facing window that always seems to face away from the breeze.I only survived that summer with my sanity intact due to a handful of genius items, including this awesome blanket! It gives just enough weight to be comforting in bed, but thin and silky enough to feel cool against the skin.The other sanity-savers were a cooling towel (the ones that come in a little tub, they are SO cold when wet!) a large gel mat (in the freezer when I started work, put on my mattress with this blanket as a barrier afterwards) and a pillow-sized gel mat for my work chair (ditto but timeline reversed).Cooling sprays also help but there's no way I could have coped without these things - this year I'm going to get the pillowcases & a second gel pillow to put inside so I'm not running around swapping things over...BTW I'd LOVE if there was a v-pillow case or maybe mattress cover (I might save up for a larger size & use that?) but otherwise I love this blanket so much during the summer!

I didn’t have any expectations, so I’m sorry that the title may be misleading. I needed a lightweight throw to try and stay cool at night, and I came upon this, and thought “why not. At least it’s not going to be hot” but, against all the odds, one side is cool to the touch and the other side is like normal T-shirt material. At night, it will obviously reach my body temperature where it touches me, but there is always a cool bit somewhere. When I pop to the loo in the night, it’s fully cooled down again. Absolute alchemy! Sometimes, if I’m a bit chilly in the early morning, I flip it over, and I’m immediately toasty. I am in love with this blanket. Full disclosure, I’m a “lady of a certain age” and staying cool at night has become a hobby!
