Exceeded Expectations
I use it outside to power 4 speakers. I was impressed by the sound quality, and the bluetooth range. Great product, great value.

Great 4 channel amps w/ Bluetooth, USB, Aux RCA's.
The media could not be loaded. This is a great 4 channel amp.Have installed 2 at my son's who moved in to a house w/ 3 sets of built in stereo speakers and I added my large indoor 12" woofer, mid, tweeter to his living room. So, 8 channels driven. Not using Aux In. Selected Ch3&4 RCA's for Output and fed the second M4.Have 2 at my son in law's house. Same as son's he has 4 Stereo sets that came with the house. There I took his Flat panel TV output and fed the Aux RCA's in for Ch1&2, and selected Ch3&4 RCA's for Output and fed the second M4.Installed 1 in my garage driving indoor and outdoor Bose wall mounts.Bluetooth works great w/ good range. Big bonus for me is the USB. I took my old USB-2 thumb drives and copied genres or "playlists" to a bunch of them. This really is my favorite use. Plug in what I want and crank it up!This is a 4 channel amp, so each speaker has separate volume. Plenty of power. Works for me.Oddities: Looking at the front, the Channels volumes are Ch4, 3, 2, 1 left to right. Being an old time audio guy, Left is Ch1, Right is Ch2 for Stereo. I just wired it so Ch1/3 is my L, Ch2/4 my R. On the Aux input, just hook Source Red to White input, White to Red input. No big deal.Wishlist: USB has Next, Previous & Pause/Play buttons. Would love to see Next & Previous "album" and Shuffle.Update on USB use: It is a bit fussy on the thumb drive you use. Data Travelers work. Patriots USB-2 did not. PNY USB-2 no, USB-3 yes. I just bought a 10 pack of PNY 32GB USB-3.0's that work great. Cheap

Good little amp, worst packaging ever.
Mine arrived in a minimally padded brown paper Amazon envelope with no box or the phoenix terminals to connect the speakers. Fortunately I had some from other home distribution amps so I could test it out for damage right away. Seems ok at the moment. I'll be using the extra RCAs for output to yet another amp and they're all connected to a AppleTV and go into a WIFI speaker selector switch so I can control each 4 zones individually and volume control via whatever app I'm using on the phone. Great for this kind of background music job but certainly not for critical listening. Previous reviewer estimating 20-22 watts of power into 8ohm is correct but who knows what the voltage gain is.

Tiny Powerhouse!!!
Replaced an older Yamaha Receiver 50wx4 with the Douk Audio M4. Mostly because it lacked Bluetooth.I'm blown away by this tiny powerhouse.Paired with 4 Cambridge Audio Cubes and 100 w powered Cambridge Audio powered sub, ( and Fisher 18 channel eq for turntable).I'm speechless how such a small package can pump out so many watts.Saved space and increased output= win-win.

poor sound quality - (4channel amp (for behind my wall moutned TV )
update 2- I switched back to my 1st amp, a 2channel fosi amp (it also using bluetooth from my lg c4 TV) and the issue I described below is gone, so it absolutely is something about the audio processing on the douk Unit. see my 2nd photo. granted I'm now only able to have two channels instead of four , and I lose the individual channel volume control, which I very much liked , but this is what I'll have to deal with for now. so bottom line I have to suggest for most people to avoid this douk amp solely due to poor audio quality.as a test, I also tried using the analog red/white composite line as an input on the douk and while that did not exhibit the same issue as the Bluetooth, the audio quality via that is REALLY poor as if there's some kind of gain boost being added by the douk.update (may2025, ~2 mo. after purchase) - The unit still works, however ive started to notice a very annoying issue- the amp seems to be cutting off some lower sounds (ie: the beginning of when someone starts speaking). For example I frequently listen to interviews on YouTube or Curiosity stream. And whenever there's a slight pause, which is normal when someones speaking, the amp seems to cut out (right when they start speaking again), so there are audio gaps. It's as if there's a built-in squelch or gateing being done/applied on this amp. Since the in wall speakers themselves were older, I actually replaced them and I'm still having the same issue. I also tried replacing the stock 24v 4a power supply, with a 24v 4.5a power supply (Essentially to just replace the power supply), and the issue still exists. I also tried disconnecting two of the speakers so that I was only driving to (as opposed to all four), same issue. I may just have to bite the bullet and go with a full , big size amplifier as i cant find a small 4 channel amp other than this one. :(original review:review of the black 4 channel amp, with 4x red physical volume knobs (and an antenna out the rear) - There aren't many 4 channel amps of this form factor /type available. In my case, the new home I bought, in the bedroom there were already four in-wall speakers with the speaker wiring to behind the TV. I have an LG C4 TV I mounted to the wall so I didn't have the space for a normal full size audio receiver. This has worked great for ~six months now, it was the only option I could find that had individual knobs for each channel, which was important in my use case.I mentioned the model TV I have as it's actually very important, the LG C3 has an analog audio headphone Jack output which is what you would normally use to go from TV to this type of amp, however LG being cheap, eliminated that on the newer C4 line, which forced me to use Bluetooth audio from the TV to this amp (if i wanted to keep volume control via the TV / TV remote, which ofcourse you want!).In this setup the only other option was to use the digital audio optical cable out from TV and then use a optical -> analog converter; I tried this, it worked, however with that you lose all volume control on the TV/remote (and with this mounted behind my TV i wouldnt be able to easily access the physical nobs to adjust volume). this is normal for digital/optical audio output, as its ment to be fed to a full size audio receiver and you control the volume on that device. So I had to go with my least favorable option, and that is to use Bluetooth audio from the LG TV to this four channel amp, I expected it to give me alot of trouble / disconnects / re-pairings based on other things I had read, however that has not been the case at all. The Bluetooth connection has been flawless from the first day I paired it to this amp. Range is not an issue here as this amp is touching the back of the TV (zip tied up behind the TV) It's been about six months now and I have not had ONE issue come up. I used the TV every night and with this setup I can still control the volume from the TV remote (or in my case my apple tv remote which itself via IR controls the TVs volume). very happy with this amp.sorry i dont have a pict of the amp in use- This was the only photo I have right now, but it is place right behind this mount, mounted to the TV itself

Sounds great. Bluetooth is uselless.
I've been using it for several months and the sound is great while using the RCA input. Today, I switched to Bluetooth and the sound is also great... if you're standing right next to the amp. IDK if I got an outdated version, but my amp doesn't have the antenna input shown in the pictures, and the Bluetooth range is only about 5 feet.If you plan to use it with the RCA input, it's great, and the sound is awesome for such a small amp. However, if you wish to use the Bluetooth technology, be prepared to be disappointed.
