Helps yeah with stiffness & pain. Truly enjoy & recommend this product. My mother introduced me to the product she brought back from Okinawa. Then the Japanese food store in Pineville, NC had the “ Ammeltz Gold EX “ which is wonderful!!!!

Very effective
I have been using this balm for many years, 10 years to be precise. Healed muscle spasms and articulation pains quickly. But only temporarily. The root cause such as arthritis, needs to be tackled by other measures, for instance physical therapy or surgery. For minor trouble, it is wonderful.
