After 3 months use…
It greatly helps reduce my pain in heels. However, two issues, it makes my shoe very heavy, and comfort is reducing day by day. I can imagine buying a new one every year.

You need bigger shoes with space for the toes
You need big shoes. I'm size 45 but my size 47 shoe which normally fits me super comfortably was so tight, I could not wear it for longer than an hour with this thing. So, in my case, I'll be needing a wide size 47 minimum or size 48 shoes to wear this thing...if I did not already cut it to size 45 level to fit in my shoes, I would've returned it.

Not much difference
I didn't notice any difference wearing these at all but my feet ached more. Went back to "Dr. Scholl's Prevent Pain Protective Insoles" much better and no pain while walking either.

Seems good
Take care to cut the size & shape properly - guidelines are easy to follow. Seems to have relieved pain after just a couple of days use. Comfortable and well priced.

Useful item for Sole comfort
Ensure that your shoe is not tight or else with insertion of this Insole, it will get tighter. Also the right cut-out fit requires one to be careful and not cut off too much of the insole before insertion.\
