Yummy! Drink them daily for pots. They seem effective, as i don't really seem to have any symptoms. I do 1 a day in the morning, and I love that I feel hydrated and have good energy. It dissolves perfectly, and they have a very easy-open... idk what it is exactly, cuz it's not really a tab and it's not really a perforation? But whatever they've done, it's very easy to tear where there's a pointer to it, and it's soooooo easy to just pop it into my water and go! It takes seconds to fill my water, pop these in and just hit the road if needed. They don't taste salty or too sweet, they're just right! Absolutely perfect for me! I had a really bad experience with a different brand, so I'm so grateful to have these!!!

Me and my friends have been using this since is 2018/19. It's formulated by a doctor, not a soda company.For my bartender friends, this saved me in my last years bartendering.For normal people who like to drink on the weekends, drink one before bed and I promise you'll wake up better- better than liquidIV.If you are extremely caffine sensitive(like me- I don't drink coffee) I drink half at night and half first thing in the morning. I keep it on my nightstand.My brother started to use a quarter pouch/half water for his littler soccer player (my niece) and it absolutely makes a difference. No sugar high just good hydration. I'm sure kiddos can drink full strength since it's found in the baby aisle but just telling what we do. - no advice here-TlDR---Mixes better and taste better than LiquidIV. No powdery bits. Quality is amazing since it's made by a doctor. Highly recommend. Taste good, not overly sugary or salty like other brands.Please enjoy!

If I'm not on vacation I don't take very good care of myself as far as making sure I hydrate so I buy these to put in a bottle of water makes me feel better it gives me a tad more energy but it's all up to you really the flavors are good the berry is the best

Best hydration mix you can take! I have tried liquid IV and it does not pack the punch this does. We hike in the heat and hydration is a constant worry, but one pack in your bottle is all you need. I had a headache (from not drinking enough) and one pack in a 16oz. Bottle is all I needed to get rid of it. Took about half an hour and I was back to myself! No fake sugar for those with sugar issues. The one pack with one bottle cure shows how strong it is and how well it works! I have packs in my backpack at all times. The flavors are strong and don't taste fake. When you are sweating and need a pick me up, this stuff is perfect.

Less sugar then other brands, does taste watered down if you sku away from the recommended amount. Or use 2 packets. Easy to ripe open.
