Well made and stylish, great value for Bluetooth headset with mike, great tone and included (printed) set-up details. Light and good battery (re-chargeable) times - what else can I say. Well, 'when a problem arose customer support were rapid with a reply and a solution. 10 out of 10!

I work from home these have been a godsend! Really comfortable and calls are really clear and best of all can move around and not be stuck at the desk all day!!

Comfortable to wear for a few hours, Bluetooth connects well, good battery life.The distance it works isn't great but that's my only complaint. Great product for the price.

The headphones arrived quickly and look good and sturdy. The sound quality is great. But mute and answer weren't working. I contacted earbay and got a reply immediately. They're replacing them with no argument and an apology. All sorted within a couple of hours. Excellent customer service. Other companies should take note.

It is comfortable, lightweight and easy enough to pair.The connectivity does not have a good range and if I move to the other side of my home office space then my colleagues tell me I sound 'robotic'The call buttons on the side don't work with the BT call system I use so I have to be at my laptop to answer.You also can't use this whilst charging, so it's a little frustrating if the battery has run low.Overall its an OK headset, but I'm now looking to replace it after only a few months.

Purchased these headphones nearly two years ago to gain mobility during calls. Highly recommend - excellent value. Use them daily for extended meetings, often lasting 3-4 hours. They're user-friendly, lightweight, and conveniently portable, fitting easily alongside my laptop in my bag. Overall, a great investment that has significantly improved my work flexibility.

Very good for the money speech is clear as well

The product feels OK to wear, relatively comfortable althought I haven't had it long enough to really judge. Has lots of buttons for controls and lights to help with understanding if it's on or off, pairing etc. It can connect to more than one device as any Bluetooth 5.0 device can. I like this because I take almost as many mobile calls as I do Teams. The audible "CONNECTING" is a little irritating but I'm glad of it as it removed any uncertainty that it has connected. A gentle sound would be less intrusive, such as the beeps you get on Beats headphones.The problem is compatibility and connectivity with the laptop/Teams. When you switch the headset on it will automatically connect and function fully with my phone. On the laptop it isn't fully compatible with Teams so when I first plugged it in I got no audio at all, mic or headphones. I did some googling and discovered Teams is only fully compatible with an extremely limited range of headets. I had to change a setting to switch off telephony ability for the headset just to get audio in the headphones but now my mic is worthless for the laptop and that means the mute button is too, no noise cancellation either then. So disappointing.Other google hits mentioned Bluetooth drivers causing problems for headsets but it was getting complicated then and I veered away from going down that hole in the middle of a work day. I'll update this if I do investigate. If I don't send it back...Battery life seems OK but I've only had it about a week. Durability if also OK although one of the headphones appears to have very poor stitching. See photo.
