Q: Anyone know if this is any good for those who have restless legs syndrome?

It is ok for this, but will not get rid of the restless leg feeling, in my experience overly massaging restless leg can sometimes make it worse - only thing that works for me is applying magnesium oil - gives almost instant relief. Also, since taking a magnesium supplement daily, my experience of restless legs has dropped by around 80% : )

Q: If you are massaging someone with a lot of body hair, does the hair get trapped in the roller?

I'm hirsute (very hairy) pretty much all over due to naturally high levels of testosterone. Chest, stomach, legs, neck, arms, back, even the tops of my feet and toes. But this massage roller has never caused me any pain or ripped hairs out. My wife uses it on me using scented oils, but it could only trap hair (if at all), if the hair was longer than the diameter of the roller, i.e. hairs longer than 5.5cm/2.5 inches. I know it's a late reply, but others may find this answer helpful anyway. PS - Sorry if describing my body hair (or 'winter pelt' as my wife calls it!) caused anyone to throw up. Like Marmite, it seems lots of body hair on men is a love or hate thing. Thankfully, my wife loves it, and that's all that matters as far as I'm concerned.

Q: Does this work on legs after workouts
