My first time taking charcoal. I did a lot of research and read a ton of reviews and decided on WILD COAL. As others have said, this product helps with bloating and gas… if you eat out or eat something that does not agree with you. I did not notice any issues with taste. I do feel like it helps push the gas up and out… or sometimes… down and out. 💨 lol.I need to try with the teeth whitening and plan to keep it on hand for emergencies should my dog get into anything that she should not get into.

This product does Work well. I like others have noticed that charcoal does tend to be constipating to our system. With that being said it is important to eat fresh fruits, vegetables and stay hydrated and take a daily stool softener, which helps. I like this product and would buy it again.

This product is excellent in gut aid. I used to take it as a hangover helper. Then I learned it has tremendous gut health benefits.Absolutely can not do without.

Added to my first-aid kit. Works great with an upset stomach, but we take them 20 min before getting in the sauna so any toxins released will be absorbed by the charcoal. Seems quality as well. Very satisfied.

Activated charcoal has saved my life multiple times I use it with my dog has eaten something poisonous, and I use it scrub my face and I recently used it to help me detox from my Depo-Provera birth control with the help of Saint johns wort. And most importantly, did it save me from the icky feeling after drinking heavily.Specially, when I don’t feel very good and I feel I’m starting to get sick. I’ll take one of these and I’ll feel better very soon since activated charcoal naturally absorbs all toxins from the body.

These are an essential item to have at home.I just bought them as a precaution.
