A very good product at a reasonable price

Excellent packaging for a very high quality product.
Fructose is a difficult sugar to store as it absorbs moiture very easily, but the seal on the PEAK SUPPS packet is air/water tight, thus stopping clumping and the Pure Fructose powder does not turn sticky.The PEAK SUPPS Pure Fructose powder is very free flowing and the crystals are readily dissolved and comes with a with scoop of maximum capacity of 50 grams of Fructose, thus making dispebsing easy.

Natural and sweeter so need less in cooking etc.
I have used fruit sugar for many years, it does not taste artificial and its sweetness means less is needed. Also I find it doesn't mask the flavour of food so much, and is fine for use in cooking, jam-making or as a general sweetener. Highly recommended.

Tastes a bit corny
It was fine, but did taste a bit odd. I was intending to mix as a sports drink however the flavour means I haven't used it.
