Must Buy
DISCLAIMER: I’ve only used this iron once, but it’s an absolute steal for its form factor, heat resistant silicone rest pad, carrying case, and small spritzing bottle. It’s actually really good. At this price point, everyone should have one if they travel. Hotels usually have an iron and ironing board, but what if that doesn’t work or your trip takes you to a place without those amenities? I generally travel with a carry-on only, and this will go with me on every trip. If you’re traveling with a checked bag, it’s an obvious choice.Long-term RV camping/Boondocking? It should be a requirement.

Great Iron!
I love this little iron so much, I bought two! I am a quilter and do a lot of applique. This little iron has a ceramic soleplate with no holes, which makes it perfect for ironing applique designs. It is steam capable, but I do not use the steam. It heats to the perfect temperature for my applique and it's the perfect size for working on small projects. It works very well!

If there was a larger version of this, I would buy it.
I bought this in 2023 but I am just getting around to using it in 2005. I bought it to replace another small iron that was recalled and also purchased from Amazon. I like this more than I thought I would. I really like that it is pointy on both ends. This way you don’t have to lift and turn the iron around. It saves time. When I first unwrapped it, I thought it had a long cord. But I will need to use an extension cord to not worry about it getting dragged to the floor. I originally thought the pad that came with it would be useless but it actually kept the iron on the on the table using friction even though the cord was too short. The iron fits my hand and feels good when ironing. It gives a lot of control over the iron. I’m not sure this got as hot as a bigger iron would but it worked. A lot of larger irons get really hot. Also the smaller iron seemed to get into smaller spaces like curves and cap sleeves easily.

Works nice for vacation
This is great! I was a bit hesitant at first since it's not like a typical iron, but it worked great on vacation. I really liked that it doesn't use water so I don't have to worry about water leaking. It's not going to iron perfectly, but it serves its purpose on vacation when I didn't have access to any irons.

Hot & Sassy
I'm a Quilter. This iron heats up so hot, you won't need the spray bottle it comes with. Presses seams very well. It has a good weight to it. It was a learning curve to fit my hand on it compared to other brands I've used. I got so many compliments and love the accessories like bag, silicone pad, and bottle. Perfect for my classes and fits well in my sewing machine tote. Plan to unplug it, at least 20 minutes, before you pack up as this little sucker is hot. I'd buy this again or as gifts for other quilters.

Nice design but limited use
Great idea, fairly priced (at the time), and nicely designed for a small travel iron but not for someone with big hands, who may find it a bit tougher to handle without the confidence that you won’t accidentally burn yourself. Handles could be larger/thicker, which might make it easier to handle—they seem just slightly flimsy. I couldn’t imagine ironing a full outfit with this. It gets very hot and the only way to rest it is on the sole plate, not the end like larger irons, so the silicone trivet is necessary. I just wasn’t sure it was adequately thick enough to work (thin/flimsy). It may very well be fine on an ironing board surface, but it didn’t give me confidence that putting the iron on top of it would stop enough of the heat to protect any other surface onto which I laid it (like you might find in a hotel—wood desk or laminate). The cord is rather short as others have mentioned, and I believe it only had one heat setting (on or off). I didn’t think I would mind using a separate spray bottle to moisten clothing, but I wish this had a built-in sprayer like a travel iron I owned in the early 1990s (Braun? or some other brand). The water capacity in that old iron was small, but enough for a few items at a time.Thought I could save a few dollars by buying a used iron but it smelled like the previous owner had used the trivet on an old piece of wood in a musty basement. Ended up returning it.

Nice design, works well
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like the low profile design, and it comes in a nice pouch, with a silicone pad for resting it.I just wish it had different temperature settings, but you can always unplug it and let it cool a bit, if you want low heat.
