It's tiny, sturdy, and so practical! Please note that while this is a very small item, it is not made to be a dainty jewelry style pill case. The container and the clip are industrial quality heavy duty metal. I love the modern look and the substance of the material.

My other titanium items are a matte grey, and this pill case is shiny like stainless steel. But it is very lightweight. As a bonus, you get a titanium mini carabiner, which is matte grey. They also include extra O rings for the lid. The machining is top notch, I just wish I could tell for sure that is titanium. I have another titanium pill case with a smaller diameter, and pills would get get stuck inside. So I bought this pill case with a larger diameter hoping that pills would not get stuck.

This is the smallest case you could possibly fit loops inside. They will only fit if you put them in rubber tip to rubber tip. Excellent quality, the thread has a white rubber ring for water protection.

This works perfectly for a few pills. The only thing is that they shake around a bit in there. The rattling is annoying and I've noticed my medicine tastes bitter when I take it. I don't think this is contamination or reaction with the container material, but simply the pills coating rubbing off from shaking. That's probably going to be the same with any pill capsule that you keep on your keychain. I'm going to try one of the longer and narrower version to see if that helps.

This appears to be well made and sturdy. Top fits well. I received it clean but still cleaned it out to be safe. No visible residue or contaminants in the compartment. Works as and described as advertised, including the size dimensions. Looks smaller from photo but it's bigger looking in person.Overall very delighted to use this

Purchased the one with 3 sections, able to separate between the 3 major painkillers (ibuprofen, aleve, Tylenol) and hold more than just 1 dose of each.Could use a little bit of petroleum grease to smooth out the threads (a little goes a long way, use something like Yeti's zipper lube or even something like chapstick works great)

If you put capsules in there, they WILL turns sideways and will take a little effort to get them out. But it’s compact enough to carry with your keys and expandable if you have time sensitive doses.
